Processing Time

I ship within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. Special orders or customizations will likely take longer. If you have a special request, or are concerned about timing, you can contact me with the form on this site, or by email at hello(at)cedarandpearl.com.


I ship all orders from my studio in upstate NY with USPS Domestic shipping. Your order will automatically be sent by First Class mail (3-5 business days). If you need it sooner, you have the option to upgrade your shipping during checkout to Priority (1-3 business days) or Priority Express (1-2 business days). 

Gift Wrapping

All of my items come in a beautiful gift box, tied up with a bow.  There's no extra gift wrapping needed! They make perfectly quick gift options for your family and beyond - consider these for a teacher gift, the perfect hostess, and your coworker too! But even if it's just for yourself, you'll feel like you're opening a gift that you'll cherish each year.

Breakage during Shipping

I take great care in packaging every item that leaves my studio, and have carefully selected the most sturdy gift boxes. If, however, your order arrives broken, please do the following: take a photo of the broken item and of the shipping box damage, send them to me via email (hello(at)cedarandpearl.com). Depending on availability and timing to the holiday, I will either ship you a replacement ornament or issue a refund for your order. 


If you have need to process a return for your order, please contact me at hello(at)cedarandpearl.com for prior authorization. The return shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund amount. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days.
